Clinic Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

All inquiries regarding returns and/or exchange can be directed to Bragg Creek Animal Hospital at 403-949-2650.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH RECEIPT WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN SALEABLE CONDITION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.

There is a 5 day window to return an item from the day it is received into the hospital. The return must be in a shape where it can be resold (unused, tags attached, no visible damage).

If it has been more than 5 days since the order was delivered but the item can be resold, we can likely still get a refund for you but there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your return.

The above returns will be applied as a credit to your clinic account and will not be reversed onto your credit card or returned in cash. We can assist you in ordering a more suitable product directly and you can use your credit towards that purchase.

If the item is not in ‘saleable’ condition (as described above), we may not be able to facilitate a return for you.

Seasonal items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All Veterinary Diet Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies (Royal Canin, Hills, Purina PVD) and can only be returned for the following reasons:

Palatability - Pet will not eat or does not like the taste of the food.

Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.

Safety – If a bag or can has a broken seal which has compromised the integrity of the food.
